  The problem with biofuels is all of the embedded fossil fuel. The field is plowed, sowed, fertilized, harvested and transported all with fossil fuels (not to mention watered with water that was treated with fossil fuels and pumps operated by fossil fuels). It’s like corn ethanol, they say it has an energy return of 1.2 units of energy for 1 invested, which means only 20% of the total ethanol is in any way renewable and that doesn’t take soil erosion into consideration.

  4:50 – But will we still get CO from incomplete combustion ? Its an amazing discovery either way . From an American university as well , thats great .
